Report: Muggle DfE child protection services called on wizarding household in Little Whinging, Surrey, 9:00am, 24 July. DMAC received report 9:05am, sent immediate response. Report intercepted by DoM per location tag (address specific). Unsp. [REDACTED] deployed, arrived 10:23am. DMAC respondents arrived prior, detained muggle social worker for questioning. Social worker shared anonymous neighbour report of extreme neglect and potential abuse of child at wizarding household, reportedly held inside for multiple weeks with limited access to food or toilet. Social worker shared further anonymous report of bizarre behaviour of child’s guardian, including but not limited to: barring of front door, sleeping outdoors, frequent verbal/physical abuse, illegal incineration of rubbish. DMAC and DoM respondents observed evidence of barred door and witnessed erratic behaviour through kitchen window involving carton of eggs. DMAC encouraged intervention; Unsp. [REDACTED] claimed authority under [REDACTED], dismissed DMAC respondent. Social worker obliviated. Unsp. [REDACTED], upon assuring bodily safety of wizarding child, concluded investigation.

Notes: Wizarding child, confirmed to be [REDACTED], to be removed from household on 1.9.91 pending matriculation. Guardianship over [REDACTED] by [REDACTED] & [REDACTED] approved by MoM under [REDACTED].

DMAC respondent filed additional complaint re: presence of over 20 owls at location, observed by neighbouring muggles; report forwarded to DRCMC.
